When operational funding secured each year is:

When these target amounts are raised and staffing corresponds, the ED compensation increases an additional:

In other words, in years where the operational budget is $2,200,000 or more, the ED compensation is $180,000.

Operational funds = funds that secure the staffing and basic operations costs of GFSF as outlined in the Operational Structure document.

While other grants/funds will be secured for special projects, only the portion of those grants dedicated to the operational structure as defined by the approved Organizational Structure Chart will count toward the salary formula.

The funds provided by Academic Innovations will count toward these target numbers because these funds can only be used toward staff costs for the Operational Structure.
